Reflecting the latest advances in building materials and energy efficient design, Aurora Custom Homes has earned its Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. This qualifies our team to offer expertise in providing green building alternatives when considering improved indoor air quality, water and energy conservation, the use of sustainable building products to preserve our natural resources, and smarter building practices to reduce the impact on the environment.

Aurora Custom Homes has introduced Universal Design concepts into the plan design phase in an effort to make each custom home more adaptable to the aging population. In becoming a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Aurora is qualified to suggest products and installations that allow homeowners to remain in their homes safely, independently and comfortably as they age or become disabled.
