• Michael K. Lenahen

  President

  Michael is primarily involved in helping our customers during the initial stages of
  their custom home plan design. Partnering with a design professional, he will utilize his architectural and construction background to guide the customer in making the proper decisions relative to design, material specifications and budget.
  
  As owner, Michael oversees all aspects of the business, including job cost estimating, awarding of subcontracts, on-site construction activity and quality control. He works closely with the on-site project manager and interacts directly with architects, structural engineers and interior designers.

• Jeff Brecko
  Vice President

  Jeff is primarily involved in guiding our remodeling customers through the process of renovating or expanding their home. He will evaluate the existing structure and feasibility of the improvement, before developing a comprehensive scope of work and cost estimate for the project.
  
  Jeff oversees all aspects of the remodeling business, including plan design, detailed cost analysis, estimating, awarding of subcontracts, on-site construction activity and quality control. He works closely with the on-site project manager and interacts directly with architects, structural engineers and interior designers.

• Amy Nissen
  Office Manager

  Amy handles all aspects of the office administration, including phone inquiries, customer service and warranty calls, maintaining subcontractor insurances and lien releases, cash flow, accounts payable, billing, draw requests and payroll. In addition, she interacts with our customers and the on-site project managers to insure a steady stream of clear communication throughout the building process.
  
  Amy also acts as selection coordinator in guiding our customers through their selection of finish materials at local supply houses. She is the main source of communication between the customer, the interior designer and our preferred vendors. Her responsibility is to solicit proposals from our vendors, based on the customer's choices and document this information effectively.

• Robert W. Kelly
  Project Manager (Custom Homes)

  Robert manages all aspects of the on-site construction activity for our high end custom homes. He is responsible for scheduling subcontractors, ordering material, coordinating shipments to the job site, inspections, cost control and quality control.

  As project manager, Robert interacts directly with our customers, material suppliers, architects, structural engineers, building officials and our trade partners to insure that our homes are built according to the highest standards of quality and detailed precision. He involves all of our trades in a cooperative effort to maintain a work ethic based on pride, accountability and respect for the work of others.

• Emilio Galban
  Project Manager (Remodeling)

  Emilio manages all aspects of the on-site construction activity for renovations and room additions. He is responsible for scheduling subcontractors, ordering material, coordinating shipments to the job site, inspections, cost control and quality control.

  As project manager, one of Emilio's primary duties is to insure the safety and security of our customers and their homes. He coordinates the careful placement of material shipments and equipment, as well as limiting access to adjacent areas of the home. He involves all of our trades in a cooperative effort to install protective coverings and the temporary shielding of the living areas from work site debris, as well as insuring daily clean-up to minimize the disruption to the owner's lifestyle.

• Thomas Kervin
  Estimator

  Thomas' main responsibility is the solicitation of bids from our subcontractors and suppliers for all prospective jobs. This involves a thorough review and understanding of the plans and specifications to insure that all features of the home have been accounted for in our budget. Employing the sound principles of job cost accounting, he is able to produce a comprehensive and detailed proposal for presentation to our customers.
  
  Thomas' other duties involve product research, permitting, critical path scheduling and closing job audits. He interacts daily with architects, structural engineers, interior designers and trade partners to insure that accurate information is relayed from the office to the on-site project managers.
